The Science of Procrastination – And How To Manage It

I like to share a really good, informative video about the science of procrastination.  (It will only take 2:47  minutes to watch it) 🙂

I agree with the creators of the video that:

procrastination is a symptom, not the cause

and  I really like that they explain the processes underlying procrastination.

I believe that by understanding our own behaviour we are able to change it. So, don’t think “I’m lazy; I am and always will be a procrastinator”. Time management is something that we learn, not an inherent characteristic!
